二、如是允许进口肉类产品，肉类进口前需要办理资质及证件：
三、以下是办理相关证件或备案的事项供参考：
(一)《食品流通许可证》，
(二) 肉类备案需要提供的材料:
（1）大宗农产品进口报告企业备案登记表
（2）对外贸易经营者备案登记表（非外资企业）或中华人民共和国外商投资企业批准证书（外资企业）
（3）工商营业执照
（4）食品流通许可证
（5）企业基本情况调查表
(三) 大宗农产品备案成功后，方可办理“自动进口许可证”

(1) Record registration form of bulk agricultural product import reporting enterprise
(2) Record registration form of foreign trade operator (non foreign-funded enterprise) or approval certificate of foreign investment enterprise of the People's Republic of China (foreign-funded enterprise)
(3) Business license
(4) Food circulation license
(5) Enterprise basic information questionnaire
（三） The "automatic import license" can be applied for only after the bulk agricultural products have been recorded successfully
