MSDS报告五年更新一次，还有以下情况性需要更新：

1、MSDS所针对的物质组分发生变化;

2、MSDS制定的法规依据有所变更;

3、MSDS针对物质的毒性有新的认识，比如原来认为没有致癌性的物质，现在认为具有致癌性了，因此导致分类标签变化。
